Jim Nowak is the Regional Vice President with a long-standing career in the insurance industry. He began as a personal lines agent before advancing to leadership roles in Sales, Underwriting, and Operations. Throughout his career, Jim has focused on eliminating unnecessary obstacles for his colleagues, consistently striving to make others' jobs easier. He resides in Midland, Michigan, with his family and is adjusting to the "empty-nest" phase with his wife. Interestingly, Jim and his wife attended rival high schools in Metro Detroit and had mutual friends, but they didn't meet until both were students at Central Michigan University. (Fire Up, Chips!)
